The condition of your clean machine rollers is critical to the on-going yield performance of the cleaner. When they are maintained correctly they will give a long trouble free life. 

Teknek offer a 12 month warranty on all types of their contact cleaning rollers. 

This warranty period is subject to the regular use of Tekwipes and the “Roller Doctor Rejuvenation” kit.

With a simple wipe of the elastomer roller – using Tekwipes – and regular maintenance with the “Roller Doctor pad” - the performance of the elastomer roller will be maintained through its life.

Elastomer Roller Warranty conditions

Teknek warrants each elastomer roller sold by it to be free of defects in both material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the actual date of shipment. This warranty does not apply to rollers which have been altered, damaged, improperly stored, installed or maintained or subjected to abuse or abnormal operation.

Teknek’s liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of defective product.

In no event shall Teknek be liable for any collateral, consequential, indirect or incidental damages arising out of or connected in any way with the use or loss of use of any elastomer roller

This warranty is only valid if:-

• Teknek Tekwipes are the only product used for cleaning the rollers
• The rollers have been maintained in accordance with the Teknek maintenance procedure
• Teknek Adhesive rolls have been used with the elastomer rollers
