Throughout the Pandemic, Teknek has focussed on Customer Care, reaching out to customers to learn more about their business, how they have been affected and how we can help. Our dedicated and passionate customer care team have gone above and beyond to continue to deliver the exceptional service that Teknek customers expect. This approach is what sets Teknek apart from our competitors.
However, we quickly realised that we were unable to provide the same support to our sales teams and customers in Asia and Southern Europe. Therefore, we set about implementing a more globally focussed Customer Care Team. The first phase was to recruit a Mandarin-speaking Customer Care Advisor to support our customers and sales team in Greater China.
We are pleased to announce that Vicky Huang (Yanqin), joined our Customer Care team at the start of March. Vicky will initially embark on a program of intensive product training over the next few months.
Vicky lives in Glasgow with her husband and two children. Vicky’s hometown is Jiujiang from the Jiangxi Province in China. She has also lived in Australia before settling in Scotland 10 years ago. Vicky’s family still live in China, and she is looking forward to visiting them once we are all allowed to travel abroad.
Phase two of our customer care strategy is to recruit an Italian / Spanish speaking Customer Care Advisor to support customers and the sales team in Southern Europe. Stay tuned for an upcoming announcement.
